Do you wonder where animals get their unique attitude from? Animals all have signs as well. If you are lucky enough to know the animals date of birth, place of birth, and time – that can get you more accuracy but using the adoption or Gotcha day can be just as useful. A chart reading can give you some good basics of who your animals are.
Let’s look at how your animal may respond to you. Are they cuddly? Standoffish? Independent? Super needy? This can depend on their Sun sign, Moon sign and their Rising sign! Just like humans!!
Let’s look at my cat Aspen’s chart. He was about 3+ years old when I adopted him and so I use his Gotcha day since really that is all I have to go by. But that feels very important to me because it was the day that I chose to go to our local animal shelter and found him and adopted him. It was so much on purpose (probably Universal).
Sun sign is in Libra in the 8th house. Moon is in the 5th house in Gemini. The Rising sign is Aquarius. Let’s keep this simple: Aspen wants to invade my personal space and mostly to make me feel good because he thinks I need that (maybe I do). His Moon has him feeling all the emotions and so much of them! His Rising sign has him just thinking big, wants to do what I do or me involved with what he is doing (that is mostly sleeping). He enjoys belly dancing and yoga in particular.
How can this information help you and your animal’s relationship? This can help with training, home set up, basic attention needs, reasons training may not be working, and it can go on and on.
